Mrs. Glazer's RICE problem example

Below is an example of a RICE math problem Mrs. Glazer's class solved. RICE stands for restate, illustrate, calculate and evaluate. We will be completing math problems throughout the year! Students are still learning this process so I'm confident that scores will improve the more we practice.

Third Grade Field Trip to the Magic House

Today third graders learned that Money Doesn't Grow on Trees! This financial literacy program helps students make connections between everyday living and finances. Students spent the day making personal economic choices about their wants and needs.
